We are seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Science Lecturers to join our team across colleges in West London. This is an excellent opportunity to support learners in achieving success in GCSE and Foundation Level Science.

The Role

You will deliver engaging and effective science lessons across a range of topics (Biology, Chemistry, and/or Physics), helping students build confidence and develop key scientific understanding.

Key responsibilities include:

• Teaching GCSE and foundation-level science to post-16 learners
• Planning and delivering high-quality, inclusive lessons
• Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback
• Supporting students to develop core scientific knowledge and practical skills
• Creating a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment

About You

We are looking for candidates who:

• Hold a degree in Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or related subject)
• Have teaching experience (FE, secondary, or adult education preferred)
• Possess a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent) — desirable but not essential
• Are passionate about helping learners succeed
• Have strong communication and classroom management skills
